"When my system feels regulated, I don't have the urge to do anything. I still want to do a lot — but it comes from enthusiasm, not from having to."
Sally works with the nervous system for a living, which makes her a tough audience. What she noticed first was creative flow — ideas that used to overwhelm her before she'd even started now arriving one steady step at a time. Alongside it: deeper sleep, and waking up more refreshed than usual.

Sara noticed it most in her work: writing an offer straight through without being pulled in ten directions. "Finished — fast, easy." She also slept more deeply and woke less exhausted. The tell came when her bottle ran out: her husband asked what had changed, because the scattered, restless version of her had returned.

Eveline coaches traders on mindset and embodiment, coming out of a career in finance herself — a field where focus can't afford to wander. She's self-described as sensitive to supplements and started on a smaller dose to see how her body responded. What she noticed: energy that didn't spike and crash, a clearer, steadier focus through the day, and — at night — sleep that stopped interrupting itself partway through.

After more than a year of broken sleep — waking two or three times a night — Mel started sleeping through within days. "I've been chasing this feeling since a month-long sabbatical halfway across the world. I recreated a lot of it just by taking these — while still doing my job."
Sidney teaches people the difference between fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest, and tracks her own body closely. What surprised her was how quickly she could reach that settled, parasympathetic state again — something she'd been unable to flip on her own for a while. "More grounded, yet somehow more expansive at the same time."

"It feels like just coming home. Life begins to flow."
Eva was travelling full-time for the first time when she started the blends — historically sensitive to stress, she expected the unpredictability of the road to make things harder. Instead, within the first couple of weeks she noticed her nervous system starting to settle almost on its own, and by week three she'd become more of an observer of her own overthinking than someone swept up in it.
She describes it less as forcing calm and more as getting out of her own way. Her intuition got clearer, decisions got easier to follow, and stressful travel days got easier to move through without changing anything else about her schedule. She's honest that the evening dose was harder to stay consistent with — a late dinner sometimes won out over the ritual — but mornings folded easily into her existing routine.

Tine came in with better sleep and steadier focus — able to stay with the task in front of her instead of drifting off to everything else. What she didn't expect was the clarity: a long-circling question about where to take her work resolved into a decision, almost on its own. At night, she found she could actually downshift a couple of hours before bed.

For Jakoba, the clearest change was sleep: from waking in the night and lying there, to sleeping through until morning and waking with energy for the day. "Even my husband said — wow, what is happening here?"
Kimmie describes her mind as naturally chaotic — she names it as ADHD — and had spent years trying plant-based support rather than standard medication, wary of its wider effects on the body. "It was like a hyperfocused state — and I could stay there so much longer."
Kristien was one of the very first people to try the system. She'd been moving through a long, difficult period beforehand, with the brain fog and scattered focus that came with it. By the third or fourth day she started noticing changes she could name — catching herself mid-pattern and choosing differently, in real time, instead of only recognizing it afterward.
