Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Wealth Alchemy, operated by Enter Abundance LLC. This policy explains our first-purchase money-back guarantee, standard returns, and refund process.

Your first 30-day supply is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 calendar days of delivery to request a refund of the product price paid for that first 30-day supply, even if you have opened or used it. Original shipping charges are excluded. Subsequent purchases and subscription renewals are subject to our standard return policy below.

1. Our 90-Day First-Purchase Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel comfortable trying Wealth Alchemy. Our guarantee gives first-time customers 90 calendar days from delivery to request a refund for the first month's supply included in their first purchase.

What the guarantee covers

• Your first purchase made directly through the Wealth Alchemy website, whether a one-time purchase or the initial order of a subscription.
• Up to one 30-day supply of each supplement product included in that first purchase, calculated using the recommended daily serving stated on its label.
• For a day-and-night bundle, the first 30-day supply of both the day and night products.
• Products that are unopened, opened, partially used, or fully used.
• First purchases made with a discount code, promotional offer, or bundle price. The standard final-sale and promotional exclusions below do not override this guarantee for the eligible first 30-day supply.

You do not need to use the products for a minimum number of days or finish them to qualify. No return shipment or original packaging is required for an eligible claim under this guarantee.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Second or subsequent purchases, including subscription renewals, even if they are delivered within 90 days of your first order.
• Quantities beyond the first 30-day supply of each product in your first purchase.
• Purchases from third-party retailers or resellers.
• Requests submitted more than 90 calendar days after delivery of the eligible products.

The guarantee is available once per customer, on their first purchase. Purchasing a different product later, changing an email address, or creating another account does not create a new first-purchase guarantee. An order canceled before shipment does not use up your guarantee.

How the refund is calculated

We refund the amount actually paid for the eligible first 30-day supply after discounts, plus any applicable tax attributable to that amount. Original shipping charges are not refundable under this guarantee, except where required by law. We do not deduct a restocking fee or the stated value of complimentary gifts or bonuses.

If your first purchase contains more than one month's supply, the refund is calculated proportionately using the price you actually paid. For example, if you purchase a three-month supply of the same product or day-and-night bundle, the guarantee covers one-third of the product or bundle price paid, plus the applicable tax on that portion.

The remaining supply is not covered by the 90-day guarantee, even if still unopened. It may qualify for a standard return only if it meets the conditions and 15-day request deadline in Section 2. Any amount already refunded for the same products will be deducted to prevent duplicate refunds.

How to claim

Email support@wealthalchemy.io within 90 calendar days of delivery with the subject line 90-Day Guarantee – Order #[Your Order Number]. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, and tell us that you would like a refund under the guarantee.

We may ask you to share feedback, but providing a detailed explanation or evidence of a lack of results is not a condition of the guarantee. We verify your purchase, the delivery date, and the amount covered before processing the refund. Your request is considered submitted on the date you email us; our response time does not shorten your claim window.

2. Standard Returns for Other Purchases

For products outside the first-purchase guarantee, we accept return requests within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible:

• Products must be unopened and unused, with their original seals intact.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Opened or used products outside the first-purchase guarantee cannot be returned for a change of mind. The exclusions in Section 10 also apply. These conditions do not limit the remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products or any rights you have under applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective product, or includes an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or a full refund for the affected item, at your choice and at no additional cost to you.

Please contact support@wealthalchemy.io as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue where possible. This reporting request does not limit any statutory rights or remedies for defects discovered later.

No return shipment is required. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange the replacement or refund promptly. If the entire order is affected and refunded, we will also refund the original shipping charge. Otherwise, we will refund any shipping charge attributable solely to the affected item.

4. How to Initiate a Standard Return

1. Email support@wealthalchemy.io within 15 calendar days of delivery with the subject line Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].
2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your reason for returning them.
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the products.

Please do not send products back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. Our response time does not affect the eligibility of a request submitted within the return window.

Claims under the 90-day first-purchase guarantee follow Section 1 and do not require a return shipment.

5. Return Shipping

For standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot refund a standard return that we do not receive, except where required by law.

No return shipment is required for eligible first-purchase guarantee claims or verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

6. Refund Processing

• 90-day first-purchase guarantee: approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we confirm eligibility.
• Standard returns: we will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned products.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products: refunds are processed within 7 business days after we verify the issue.
• Orders canceled before shipment: refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request store credit, which will be issued upon approval. Store credit is optional and does not replace your right to an eligible refund.

Product refunds are based on the price actually paid after discounts and include applicable tax attributable to the refunded amount. Original shipping charges are not refundable for satisfaction-guarantee claims or standard returns, except where required by law. Cancellations of an entire unshipped order receive a full refund, including shipping charges.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Any shorter refund deadline required by applicable law will apply.

7. Shipping Delays and Order Cancellations

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by applicable law and refund unshipped orders when required.

If you cancel because of a shipping delay, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

For other cancellation requests, contact support@wealthalchemy.io as soon as possible. Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund within 7 business days. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the applicable first-purchase guarantee, standard return policy, or other rights under this policy and applicable law.

8. Subscription Orders

Initial subscription order: if it is your first Wealth Alchemy purchase, the first 30-day supply is eligible for the 90-day guarantee in Section 1.

Renewals: subsequent subscription orders are not covered by the first-purchase guarantee. Eligible unopened renewal products may be returned under the standard 15-day return policy.

Prepaid or multi-month orders: the first-purchase guarantee covers only the price attributable to the first 30-day supply, as explained in Section 1. It does not cover the full price of a multi-month order.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@wealthalchemy.io. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, submit your cancellation at least 7 days before your next renewal date, except where applicable law gives you a later cancellation right. We will confirm your cancellation.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund orders already placed or shipped. Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you want both a refund and cancellation, tell us in the same email so we can handle both requests.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return or refund if eligible and place a new order. This does not affect your option to receive a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

10. Promotional Items and Final-Sale Products

The 90-day first-purchase guarantee takes priority over the exclusions in this section for the eligible first 30-day supply.

Outside that guarantee, the following are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return:

• Free gifts and complimentary promotional items, which have no separate refundable purchase price.
• Products purchased at a promotional discount of 40% or greater, where the final-sale restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Special promotional bundles or other items clearly identified as final sale before purchase.

These exclusions do not affect remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving concerns about your purchase. This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Contact us directly

Please contact support@wealthalchemy.io so we can try to resolve your concern. We aim to respond within 5 business days and work with you toward a fair resolution. Contacting us does not suspend any statutory deadline or prevent you from exercising rights that cannot be waived.

Small claims court

You may pursue qualifying claims in small claims court in your county of residence, or in Laramie County, Wyoming if you reside outside the United States, subject to the court's jurisdiction and applicable law. Neither party waives the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Binding individual arbitration

Subject to the opt-out right and exceptions below, if a dispute cannot be resolved informally and is not pursued in small claims court, you and Enter Abundance LLC agree to resolve disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of your purchase, this policy, or our products through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by law.

• Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org.
• Hearings may take place by telephone or video. Any in-person hearing location will be determined under the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law.
• If you initiate arbitration, your filing fee will not exceed $200 or any lower amount required by the applicable AAA rules or law. Enter Abundance LLC will pay the remaining administrative and arbitrator fees, including any portion of the consumer filing fee above this cap. Any applicable fee waiver remains available.
• The arbitrator's decision will be binding, subject to any review permitted by law, and judgment may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, arbitration or court proceedings will take place on an individual basis, rather than as a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement in this section will be null and void, and the dispute may proceed in court. This provision does not waive any right or remedy that applicable law prohibits the parties from waiving.

Opt-out right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 15 days of your first purchase by emailing support@wealthalchemy.io with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out. Include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, you may pursue claims in court, subject to applicable law.

Exceptions

The arbitration agreement does not apply to qualifying small claims proceedings, claims for injunctive or equitable relief, intellectual property claims, or disputes that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated.

Payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us if you have a concern about a charge. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider. We may respond to payment disputes with relevant order and refund records. You will not receive duplicate reimbursement for the same charge through both a refund and a payment dispute.

12. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement to the extent applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective products, refunds, subscription cancellation, or payment disputes.

13. Severability

If a provision of this policy is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, except as specifically stated in the class action waiver above. Any modification of an invalid provision will be limited to what applicable law permits.

15. Policy Updates and Scope

We may update this policy by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce the refund or guarantee rights that applied when you made an earlier purchase. Any more favorable guarantee expressly offered with your purchase will be honored.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Wealth Alchemy website. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy and applicable law.

Notice to California residents

Our voluntary refund terms are described above: a 90-day claim window for the first 30-day supply in an eligible first purchase, including opened or used products, and a 15-day request window for eligible standard returns of unopened products. Promotional restrictions apply only as stated in Section 10. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available under California law.
