Thank you for purchasing from Enter Abundance LLC. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in original, sealed condition
- Products must be in original packaging with all labels intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging or with packaging damaged by the customer
- Promotional items or free gifts
- Products purchased as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer (40% or greater discount)
- Products purchased more than 15 days prior to the return request
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a defective product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at your choice — at no additional cost to you.
To report a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
No return shipment is required for damaged or defective items. Once we verify the issue, we will ship a replacement or process your refund promptly.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible unopened product:
- Email us at support@wealthalchemy.io with subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
Do not send products back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
For standard returns (unopened products), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
For damaged or defective products, Enter Abundance LLC covers all associated costs — no return shipment is required.
5. Refunds
For Order Cancellations (Before Shipment):
Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
For Product Returns (After Shipment):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Alternatively, you may request store credit, which will be issued immediately upon approval
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
6. Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated), we will notify you promptly and provide you with the option to:
- Consent to the delayed shipment, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
If you choose to cancel due to a shipping delay, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Subscription Orders
Enter Abundance LLC offers subscription options for recurring delivery of our products.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before your next renewal date
- Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@wealthalchemy.io
Subscription Shipments:
- Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the same return policy as one-time purchases
- Unopened subscription shipments may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Promotional items or free gifts included with orders
- Products purchased at a promotional discount of 40% or greater
- Bundle deals purchased at special promotional pricing
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wealthalchemy.io.
- Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund within 7 business days
- Orders canceled after shipment must follow our standard return process
11. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have with your Enter Abundance LLC purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please follow the process below.
Step 1: Contact Us Directly
Before initiating any formal dispute process, please contact our customer support team at support@wealthalchemy.io. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. We will respond within 5 business days and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Step 2: Small Claims Court
You may pursue claims in small claims court in your county of residence (or in Laramie County, Wyoming, if you reside outside the United States), provided your claim qualifies under that court's rules. Neither party waives the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
Step 3: Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve your dispute informally and you do not wish to pursue small claims court, you and Enter Abundance LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, these policies, or our products (collectively, "Disputes") through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Arbitration Terms:
- Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org.
- The arbitration will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless you request a telephone or video hearing, or both parties agree to another location.
- Costs: If you initiate arbitration, you will pay only the AAA's consumer filing fee (currently $200). Enter Abundance LLC will pay all remaining arbitration costs, including arbitrator fees.
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver:
You and Enter Abundance LLC agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and the dispute will proceed in court.
Opt-Out Right:
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 15 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to support@wealthalchemy.io with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, you may pursue any claims in court, subject to applicable law.
Exceptions:
This arbitration agreement does not apply to:
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
- Claims related to intellectual property
- Disputes that qualify for small claims court
Chargebacks:
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us first at support@wealthalchemy.io to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company without first attempting to resolve the dispute with us does not waive your obligation to follow this Dispute Resolution process. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or in violation of this policy, and to pursue recovery through arbitration or small claims court as permitted herein.
12. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy, and any disputes arising from or relating to your purchases from Enter Abundance LLC, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Return & Refund Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

15. Policy Updates
Enter Abundance LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Enter Abundance LLC (Wealth Alchemy) website. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Under California Civil Code Section 1723, if a store has a policy of not providing full cash or credit refunds within at least 7 days of purchase, it must conspicuously display that policy. This Return & Refund Policy constitutes that required disclosure. Our policy permits returns of unopened products within 15 days of delivery for refund to original payment method or store credit. Opened products, promotional items, and deeply discounted bundles are not eligible for return.
