Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
We do not ship to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses (military).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $150 or more. We offer two domestic shipping options: a standard service with an estimated delivery time of 6–8 business days, and a priority service with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. For orders to Canada and the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated International Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
The following estimates are provided as a general indication only. Actual costs and delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada: Shipping typically starts from approximately $10–$15 per order. European Union: Shipping typically starts from approximately $15–$25 per order.
We offer two international shipping options: a standard service with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days, and a priority service with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 business days. These timelines are indicative only and do not include potential customs processing delays. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means any import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, not by Wealth Alchemy. You may be contacted by the carrier or customs office to pay these fees before your package is released for delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@wealthalchemy.io.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@wealthalchemy.io. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We recommend using a secure delivery location to minimize the risk of theft.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@wealthalchemy.io. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
